Insurances/Rates

Valentina accepts most insurances and self-pay.  Some accepted insurances include United, Optum, Kaiser, Aetna, Humana,  MultiPlan, PHCS, Cigna, Blue Cross and Medicaid. 

Please verify that your plan covers outpatient mental health before coming to therapy, as well as your co-payment/deductible amount. 

The self-pay sessions are billed at $135/hour rate. 

All payments, co-insurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service. 

The accepted methods of payment are credit cards, HSA cards, and cash.
